FedEx sues U.S. Department of Commerce

Yesterday (Monday), FedEx filed a suit in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia against the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), which seeks to enforce prohibitions contained in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
