Use the lounges.<\/h3>\n

Don’t fly coach<\/h3>\n

Read a book<\/h3>\n

In-flight entertainment is great \u2014 a vast improvement over the single-movie showings in your youth.\u00a0You can also use your flights to catch up on films you’ve missed in the theater. But sometimes all visual stimulation is fairly unrelaxing and can contribute to setting one on edge after you might have been stressed by the flying experience itself.
