Lagos toll roads increase fees, Cars now N200/N300

Lagos – The operators of the toll roads on Victoria Island and Ikoyi areas of Lagos, Lekki Concession Company Limited has announced the increase of fees on its toll roads with effect from Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

The company made this known through a handbill being handed to motorists around its toll gates at Lekki and Ikoyi bridge which reads, “Dear Customer, Kindly be informed that effective November 8, 2017, LCC’s toll tariff will be adjusted for both the Lekki – Epe Expressway and the Lekki – Ikoyi link bridge Toll Plazas as shown below.”

The announcement went on to show a price table for the different vehicles that access the toll gates. For the Lekki – Epe toll road, the fees are Motorcycles and tricycles – N100, cars – N200 and SUV – N300. Also, light trucks are to pay N400, Heavy trucks and vehicles with 2 axles will pay N1000, while commercial mini-buses will begin to pay N150.

For the Ikoyi – Lekki toll road, it is N200 for Motorcycles and tricycles, cars – N300, SUVs and light trucks are to pay N400, while heavy trucks and vehicles with 2 axles will pay N1000.

The notice went on to warn motorists that, “Exact Fare/No Change Policy will be strictly enforced at the Exact Fare lanes at both plazas.”

The notice was signed by Lekki Concession Company Limited.
