Many residents of Lekki Phase one in Eti Osa local government area of Lagos state have been trapped in their homes as a result of the flood which followed early morning downpour.
The unusual situation affected many streets in the highbrow area. Some cars broke down, while those walking on the water-logged streets found it difficult to move . This also affect deliveries as dispatchers were unable to deliver their goods.
