About Ejine Nzeribe
Ejine Nzeribe is a resourceful trainer and facilitator with more than 25years experience in the corporate arena. She has led the design and delivery of training and development initiatives across industries and disciplines including customer service, communications, sales, management and human resources.
She established herself as a leader in developing training and leadership development strategies for companies in Nigeria, such as Red Star Express an affiliate of FedEx and mobile telephone operator Zain, now Airtel.
While at Red Star Express she designed, developed and facilitated basic training programs for key job roles to assist employees to achieve the company’s set targets and led the facilitation of the FedEx selling skills program for over 50 key business development employees of the company.
At Zain, she played an integral role in leading an enterprise-wide customer care culture and discipline program, and the design, development and delivery of a major leadership initiative: Managing@Zain, a suite of customized management programs across 23 countries in Africa and the Middle East.
As a consultant she has been involved in designing and facilitating a management development program for Zanaco Bank, Zambia and assists companies in facilitating company strategy retreats, team building sessions and conferences.
Ejine obtained a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Jos Nigeria, an LL.B from the University of Buckingham, England, and an MBA from Durham Business School, England. She is a British Chevening Scholar and published author of Inspiring Growth: The History of Red Star Express.
